Private Market Flood IS available for: Non-Residential and 5 or More Unit Residential Buildings.

Private Market Flood IS NOT available for:

  • Non-residential and other residential properties when the total insurable value exceeds $5,000,000 in respect of Buildings and $3,750,000 in respect of Contents.

  • Properties located in CBRA areas, non-participating FEMA communities, mobile homes, or condominium units.

  • Also not eligible for coverage are: properties that have experienced more than one flood loss within the past five years, properties with unrepaired flood damage, a property that has incurred more than $250,000 flood damage to the structure, any property that has been designated by FEMA as a Severe Repetitive Loss property, and properties that have been designated by a duly constituted State or local authority to be in violation of State or local floodplain management regulations (Section 1316).

 

FOR "V ZONES" USE V-ZONE RATE CHART AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE

Use the Gulf Coast rate chart for all A-Zone properties in Bay, Broward*, Charlotte, Citrus, Collier, Dixie, Escambia, Franklin, Gulf, Hernando, Hillsborough, Jefferson, Lee, Levy, Manatee, Miami-Dade*, Monroe*, Okaloosa, Palm Beach*, Pasco, Pinellas, Santa Rosa, Sarasota, Taylor, Wakulla, and Walton County.

Use the Atlantic Coast rate chart for all A zones in Brevard, Duval, Flagler, Indian River, Martin, Nassau, St. Johns, St. Lucie, and Volusia County.

(The Atlantic Coast rate chart does NOT include Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, or Monroe County) 

All other counties in A zones use the Inland chart. 

All counties in V zones.
